The You Got This! Flow With It! Period Campaign is a Hampton Roads Haven initiative focused on menstrual health awareness, access to supplies, and meaningful encouragement for girls and women.

An International Period Campaign
You Got This! Flow With It! is an international menstrual equity movement advancing menstrual health education, awareness, and access to products. The presentation describes outreach in Ghana and Jamaica and plans for the United States.
Our mission: Empower, educate, and equip girls worldwide to manage their menstrual cycles with dignity by normalizing conversations, delivering health education, and providing access to menstrual products.
